Let us explain. Above you on this page are many more dogs than cats. We also have more than triple the housing capacity for dogs than cats. So if we are getting cats in, we gotta get cat out. Got it? No? Here goes: on the 9th day of the month, all cats and kittens (in order to ensure that they have a chance for nine lives) can be adopted for only $9.00. Yep. That's the 9 x 9 x 9 and a cat out of our cages to your home makes the Happy Cat equation. And the proceeds from this year's cash party fundraiser are dedicated to a new much enlarged facility for cats.
